Return Policy
We only accept returns for defective products reported within 30 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be defective and reported as such with photo evidence.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging or packed securely if the original packaging is not available.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The return address will be provided on your return label, and may differ depending on the warehouse location.
- Discounted or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless found defective.
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, we’ll either send a replacement at no charge or process a full refund - valid within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Please check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your card provider, as there may be processing delays.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
