To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services.

Please note:
- The estimated delivery time applies to standard US shipping only.
- Deliveries to military addresses may be subject to restrictions—we apologize for any inconvenience.
- While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to specific order requirements.
- Large orders (such as Canvas and Posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be sent separately to ensure safe delivery. Please note that free shipping policies do not apply to these orders.
- Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking details are unavailable, this indicates that the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking updates will become available as soon as it has been scanned.
If your package exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Additionally, if you request an address change or redirection with the shipping carrier after your order has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
