How to Modify or Cancel Your Order?

If you need to update or cancel your order, just fill out this form and submit your request. Please include your order number along with the details of the changes you’d like to make. We’ll get back to you as soon as your request has been processed.

Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.

After 2 hours
The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Once an order is placed, personalized items are processed immediately, making modifications difficult. Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • During peak holiday seasons, modification requests may result in slight delivery delays, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes as quickly as possible.

Free replacement or refund

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In most cases, providing a replacement or refund is the most effective way to resolve any issue. That’s why we don’t ask you to return the item(s)—you may keep them at your discretion.

We take full responsibility within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s) are:

Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly

Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email

Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND

No Refund or Replacement with small fee

The following reasons are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. While we understand your concerns, we cannot be held responsible for these situations:

  • Refund requests made more than 45 days after the delivery date.
  • Personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the item, whether during shipping or after receiving it.
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In the following situations, we are pleased to offer a replacement for a small fee based on the original price:

  • The wrong item, design, or size was received due to incorrect customization details provided at the time of ordering.
  • Your order was returned and disposed of due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
